Case Study: Digital Survey and AutoCAD

CHALLENGE

After a dramatic shift in tactics, Weight Watchers learned that 23 of its stronghold locations were now vulnerable and required reinforcement or relocation. G-Force sprung into action providing strategy and site intelligence.

SOLUTION

Not only were the G-Force troops responsible for gathering detailed floor plan information and layout drawings, they also performed elevation layouts as well as ceiling sketches and measurements. 

G-Force troops used special wide-angle panoramic style digital photography on location in order to capture prospective views within each of the stores surveyed.

RESULTS

  • The raw intelligence gathered at each Weight Watchers location was converted to digital survey and AutoCAD format so that storage and sharing of the new information within the Weight Watchers network was simple and organized.
  • Weight Watchers used this sensitive information to outline these vulnerable branches to see how each could be fully utilized for maximum marketing gain.
